Privacy policy

Effective October 21, 2026 · Applies to the Swervy: One-Tap Racer app for iPhone

What we collect

Nothing. Swervy has no sign-in, and the app makes no network requests. Its graphics, sounds and fonts are all built into the app. We cannot see who plays, how they play, or where they are.

What is saved on your device

To keep your progress, Swervy saves a small game file on your iPhone. It contains:

This file stays on your iPhone, and a copy is kept in the app's own storage so updates don't erase your progress. Deleting the app deletes both. If you use iCloud Backup, your iPhone's backup may include the file, under Apple's privacy terms.

Sharing your score

The Share button opens the standard iOS share sheet with a score card picture and a short message. Nothing is sent unless you pick an app and send it yourself. We never receive what you share.

Ratings

Swervy may occasionally show Apple's built-in "Enjoying Swervy?" rating prompt. Apple handles it entirely, and we see only the public ratings and reviews on the App Store.

Children

Swervy is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children under 13.

Third parties

There are no advertising, analytics or tracking companies in Swervy, and no data is sold or shared.

Changes to this policy

If a future version adds anything that handles data, such as invite-a-friend rewards or online leaderboards, this policy and the App Store privacy label will be updated before that version is released. The effective date above will change.

Swervy: One-Tap Racer

How to play

Hold anywhere on the screen to steer left, and let go to swing right. Stay on the road, grab fuel cans for points, and chain them within 2.5 seconds for up to an x3 combo. Skim the edge and recover for a close-call bonus. Spend cans in the garage on new cars, paint and upgrades.

I lost my progress. Can it be restored?

Progress is stored only on your iPhone. Updating the app keeps it, but deleting the app removes it. Restoring the iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup made before the deletion brings it back.

Can I move my progress to a new iPhone?

Yes. Setting up the new iPhone from a backup of the old one (iCloud, Quick Start or computer) carries your progress across.

How do I turn the sound or vibration off?

Tap the gear icon in the garage. Sound, Music, Vibration, Graphics, Camera shake, steering side and speed units are all there.

How do I see the tutorial again?

Open Settings from the garage and tap "Replay the tutorial on next drive".

Does Swervy have ads or in-app purchases?

No. Everything in the game is earned by driving.

The game feels slow on my iPhone.

Swervy lowers its own resolution when a phone struggles. You can also set Graphics to Low in Settings, which saves battery too. Closing other apps and turning off Low Power Mode both help.
